OUR PROCESS

Meeting and Briefing

The initial meeting will be to determine your vision and ideas on what you are looking to see from the new construction project. We will have personalised meetings with you to discuss your requirements and how we will best meet those requirements by documenting all the key factors for your project and incorporate those ideas into the architectural and engineering designs.

Architectural Designing

After our initial meeting, we will survey the land that we have to work with for your new build and use the gathered measurements as a base for drafting the new design. Our design team will prepare a concept based on the information gathered from our initial meetings that will incorporate your key factors and ideas.

Council Approvals and Certification

Once the architectural design concepts are finalised, the design drawings and plans will run through all necessary approvals steps from the council. We strive for a fast and smooth approval process so that minimise any possible delays. If there are any necessary changes to the design to complete the approval process, we will draft the required changes and discuss them with you to ensure that you are happy with them before resubmitting them for final approval and certification.

Engineering Solutions

Now that we are cleared for building, our engineers will collaborate with the design team and draft all the structural and electrical requirements for the project. Our expert engineers will consider the safest and most efficient processes and technologies to use through the construction as well as carefully selected building materials to best complement the design.

Construction

Here is where the heavy lifting begins. Our experienced team of contractors will turn the designs that we have created together into exactly what you are looking for. Our Site Manager will ensure that every step is followed and every precaution is taken so that the project is completed to our highest of standards. During the construction we will keep you updated in scheduled intervals during this step of the project so that you can have peace of mind knowing where we are up to through each phase of the construction process.

Keys Hand Over

Once construction has been completed and the structure has been thoroughly inspected, the project will go through a final sign off and have the keys officially handed over to you so that you can enjoy your new build and see that initial concept come into reality.

Construction

Working with you or the site manager, we can design and plan a new layout of proposed working space and create a new floor plan to make the most of what is available whether it is a single office or a multi-floor complex. Not only will this bring a visual facelift to your work space but it will also allow for more efficient usage of space and the installation of new and upgraded equipment that will greatly increase comfort and productivity.

Refurbishment

There are many reasons for refurbishment whether it is upgrading your home living space, preparing your house for sale on the open market or even breathing new life into an old, weathered outdoor area.
